Send your sign artwork or picture, its approximate dimensions and your preferred lighting style. Vector artwork is ideal. If the specifications are not settled, get in touch so we can discuss the options.

Yes. Send the font file you would like to use for your sign.

Vector artwork works best, with fonts and objects converted to outlines or paths. JPG and PNG images can help us give an approximate price, but may not contain enough detail for an accurate production quote.

Yes. Provide your PMS/Pantone colour reference with your enquiry.

Yes. A photo of the wall or building helps us understand the surroundings and assess a suitable installation approach.

We can provide reference sign photos and a free sketch. A 3D rendering is a separate paid design service.

Production generally takes around seven working days, depending on the sign type and quantity. Express delivery usually takes another three to five days. Confirm the schedule for your specific order and destination.

Yes. We send photos of the completed sign for your approval and ship only after receiving your confirmation.

Changes are generally not possible once production has started. Exceptional changes may require you to cover the losses and costs caused by changing the production plan.

You may cancel, but payments already made are not refundable once production is underway.

The continuous lighting test helps identify issues so they can be corrected before shipment.

Tell us where the sign will be installed and about strong sunlight, heavy rain or other local conditions. We can discuss suitable protection for the selected sign before production.

LC Sign does not provide direct installation outside China. We may be able to help you find a partner in the USA, Canada, Australia or Europe if you need a local installer.

Your order includes a full-size 1:1 layout template, a wiring diagram and installation notes.

Stud bolts, washers and nuts are supplied for installation.

We usually reply within one working day. Large projects involving many different signs may take two to three working days or longer.

LC Sign prioritises the quality of the sign and the service behind it. Quotes reflect the materials, fabrication and specification, rather than simply competing on the lowest price.

There is no separate wholesale price list for sign companies. Each customer receives an order-specific quote, and any available discount is assessed for that order.

Quotes are normally valid for 30 days because exchange rates, material prices and labour costs can change.

Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Western Union are accepted. A 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before shipment.

The signs are custom-made. The deposit helps cover the materials and labour required to begin your order.

Import duties and tariffs are charged by customs in the destination country. Contact your local customs authority for questions about these charges.

Yes. International door-to-door delivery is available, with DHL used by default.

DHL is the default carrier; FedEx, UPS and TNT may also be used. We provide a waybill number after shipment so you can track the delivery.

This depends on the carrier. The carrier may charge an additional fee for changing delivery details.

Signs have a one-year warranty for eligible faults, excluding damage caused by users. Replacement production and shipping are free for covered issues.

Our office and factory are in Guangzhou, southern China, near Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
