Customisation & design
What do you need for a quote?
Share your sign text or logo, preferred lighting style and approximate dimensions. You can also upload vector artwork or a photo of the installation site. If you are unsure about the size, we can discuss it first.
Can you match my font and brand colours?
Custom fonts and Pantone brand colours are supported. Please provide your font file and colour reference.
How do a free sketch and a paid 3D rendering differ?
The free sketch helps you confirm the design. A 3D rendering is an optional paid service; the cost will be confirmed before work begins.
Production & delivery
Where do you ship, and how is the lead time confirmed?
International shipping is available. Production typically takes about seven working days, with express shipping taking around three to five days. Your actual lead time is confirmed based on the style, quantity and destination.
How can I check the finished sign before shipping?
You will receive photos of the finished sign for approval before it is shipped.
Can I change or cancel after production begins?
Changes are generally not possible once production starts. Any exceptional changes may incur costs for work already completed. You may cancel, but payments already made are not refundable.
Quotes & payment
How soon will I receive a quote?
Quotes are usually provided within one working day. Large projects or enquiries covering several styles may take two to three working days or longer.
How do I pay, and why is a deposit needed?
Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Western Union. A 50% deposit is required before custom production; the balance is due before shipping.
Who handles import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are charged by your local customs authority. Please check with customs in the destination country for applicable charges.
Installation & support
What should I consider for outdoor installation?
Tell us about the installation environment. Protection for strong sunlight, heavy rain and other demanding conditions should be discussed before production.
Who installs the sign, and what instructions are included?
LC Sign does not provide direct overseas installation, but can help you find a local partner. Your shipment includes a full-size installation template, wiring diagrams, instructions and installation accessories.
What does the warranty cover?
The one-year warranty excludes damage caused by users. Eligible replacement production and shipping are free.
